ALAN LINWEI HU / DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Alan Linwei Hu is a cinematographer born and raised in Anhui, China, and based in Los Angeles and Shanghai.

A graduate of Chapman University's cinematography program, he studied under Johnny E. Jensen, ASC.

His work has received official selections at film festivals in Los Angeles, Rome, New York, and Venice.

His images are shaped by motivated lighting, naturalistic contrast, and emotional storytelling.
